JD Lodge at Pine Valley:

Under the direction of Lone Tree USA, this project included site work for a 350 unit man camp consisting of water distribution, fire protection, site concrete, building foundations, sewage collection and disposal, replacement of waste distribution system, furnishing and installing a system to treat well water to remove arsenic and reconnecting 200 residential water services.

Geothermal Industrial Park of Elko:

In 2006, Canyon began development of a 20 acre industrial park. Building A is a pre-cast warehouse designed for seven tenants. Each tenant has an office and warehouse area of 4,800 square feet. Building B is a 32,000 square feet office complex for Barrick Gold of North America. Elko Heat Company supplies the geothermal heat for the in-floor hydronic heating pipes in each building, and for the sidewalks and parking area for Building B. The geothermal water is discharged after use into an on-site cooling pond utilizing a fountain spray.
